Our Beef

Red River Dexter steers grow to maturity at 24-29 months and are processed in a local facility.

Our beef is inspected, aged, cut and vacuum packaged for our customers. The average mature steer yields approximately 250 lbs of packaged beef and is sold as a quarter, half or whole. Please contact us for current prices, availability and to reserve your order of our premium quality Dexter beef.
